SHIPMENT OF SPIDERS/LIVE INSECTS:
we send all of our spiders/live insects next day special delivery service via royal mail. orders placed before Midday on monday to Thursday will be sent that day AS WE LIKE TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE FED BEFORE POSTING.orders placed after midday will be posted next day or monday if after midday on thursdays. the spiders/live insects must be sent this way to ensure a safe/stress free journey. We like Happy pets. to make sure their journey is as stress free as we possibly can, we will delay posting if we feel like the weather conditions are too severe or we feel it is not in the best interest of the spiders/insects we are sending. for example they may be in a molt. we will update you every step of the way and organise delivery. in the colder months we will send them with either a disposable heat source or well insulated packaging. If the temperature is 2c or below we will delay posting until it gets above that temperature.
UK next day delivery for spiders/insects
- Which covers the cost of the delivery service and our costs of packaging.
Next day means delivery will be the day after posting, not the day after the order.
we can send other light items from our shop with them but it may fall into a different price bracket by weight if you add too much heavy stuff.

NEXT DAY Orders to NORTHERN IRELAND THESE WILL TAKE TWO DAYS TO ARRIVE, WHICH IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
PRODUCTS AND LARGER ITEMS SHIPMENT:
due to an increase in our heavier products being sold and our new larger enclosures on the scene. Postage for one enclosure without a Spider will be £9 and for two will be £18.50, if you would like more please ask for a price. We tried other couriers, but were failed so many times that we had to switch back to Royal mail.
