Cubaris 'White Shark' Isopods (x 8 Juviniles)
This listing is for a colony of 8 juvinile Cubaris White Shark Isopods.
White Sharks are a Dwarf species of Isopod which prefer a moist substrate, and kept humid.
You need to provide cork/bark pieces, as they like their privacy.
Leaf litter should also be porovided as they like to go under it, and is also part of their diet (Dried organic Oak leaves are prefered.
A piece of cuttlefish bone is a good way to provide them with calcium, which helps to keep the shells hard.
This colony had been raised on butternut squash, grated carrot, cucumber, sliced potato, dried ground whole shrimps, compressed oak leaf pellets, and Repashy Bug Buger complete insect diet, which is sprinkled over their veggies.
You don't have to feed all of the above at once, but it gives you an idea of what they are used to.
